The House 48 INC – Cross-Platform Real Estate Mobile App
M obile apps have already penetrated every sphere of our lives and every imaginable business niche. After the successful launch of their official website, The House 48 INC (Canada) entrusted MK Webguru Ltd with the design and development of their dedicated mobile app for both iOS and Android. Tailored for a premium real estate experience, this app was built to enable smooth property listing, buying, and selling with a user-centric interface and top-tier performance. We crafted the entire journey – from UX/UI design in Figma to full-stack development using React Native technology.
The mobile app features include advanced property search and filters, photo and video galleries, interactive maps, user profiles, property submission forms, and real-time communication tools for buyers and sellers. Our focus was to ensure intuitive navigation, clean visuals, and seamless responsiveness across all screen sizes. We also integrated a secure backend for managing property listings, user data, and analytics, making it a complete tool for real estate operations.
Currently, MK Webguru Ltd continues to support and maintain the app with performance updates, new features, and scalability enhancements. This project highlights our capability to transform real estate platforms into fully mobile, on-the-go solutions, enhancing brand reach and user engagement.
